name: no one knows for sure- his favorite alias is Max, and that's how he introduces himself to anyone who he views as a potential friend, or someone he doesn't immediately rob or whatever. But, throughout Norta, he is known as the Owl, the Night Owl, or the Red Owl, but no one knows what he looks like, so when people see him, they don't know it's the Owl. His real name will be revealed IC (and yes, I have chosen it)

hair color: this may differ from my past posts with her, but I'm probably just going to change it to this now (unless this is what it already was, in which case, MY MEMORY IS FANTASTIC): light brownish hair
hair texture: fairly straight, with just a faint wave, but a lot of the time her parents make her twist the ends into elegant little curls
hair length: when curled, it goes just past her shoulders. when straight, just about an inch or two longer
hair length: about down to her waist, but it isn't cut in a perfectly straight line - it's sort of rounded, with the longest parts in her back and the line sloping upward towards the sides (but it's not too noticeable a slope)
eye color: blue - not super pale, but when she gets angry, they can get really icy and make her look really scary (for an 8 year old, that is)
skin tone: she's pretty pale, but not scary pale
build: she's short, even for her age, and she's about average weight, maybe a bit thinner
other: she's not necessarily pretty, she's more adorable. she has really soft features and looks like the nicest person in the world

strengths: she is crazy powerful, but she doesn't really know how to control her powers yet - for example, when she's startled, she'll occasionally shot down random bolts of lightning from the sky. she's also pretty smart

opinions: well, she doesn't really know much about the way Reds are treated, because all anyone tells her is that everything is being done right, and, being the naïve little girl that she is, she believes it, but if she knew how Reds were really treated, she would be furious - she doesn't really understand politics and doesn't really understand how the color of your blood or the extent of your ability makes any difference in any way
more: she's very kind and empathetic, and she is also very proper (her mother's doing)

weaknesses: other than the strengths listed above, she doesn't really have much going for her - she's a pretty poor with hand to hand combat, and she's only a mildly good runner (in Training, she tends to stray towards the front of the middle, like so: front - 111222333 - back - she would be the darker number
opinions: she definitely disagrees with the way the reds are being treated, but she's not sure if she'll say/do anything about it yet
others: she's really nice, but she can be kind of awkward - sometimes she'll say something that she means in a really nice way, but people will hear it differently and think she's trying to insult them, when that's exactly the opposite of what she's trying to do - so, basically, she's not always super great with words, but, when she's really passionate about something, she can be a great speaker

kids: none yet, but (again only if this plot is still happening) if they follow tradition, she and Devon are going to have to have some children at some point...
